These include claims processing, client service manager, customer service, and large and small group enrollments. My state license was issued in 1999. I have gained invaluable experience from working for large insurance agencies.I believe in treating others as I would like to be treated. I take pride in being honest, clear and concise, and above all respectful and courteous. Choosing the proper insurance is not always an easy task. I will do my best to answer your questions and guide you through this arduous process. I have over 20 years experience in the Insurance Industry and believe good customer service is the key to building and keeping a strong client base.
